The platform center management node is set up in China Cable Beijing transmission machine room, with main nodes covering 31 provincial capitals and municipalities directly under the central government in the whole country, using the DTM Over SDH technology; the platform is the main transmission channel of CCTV - 1, and embodies the private network nature of radio and TV security broadcast in the business such as each CCTV channel, each provincial satellite TV, high definition satellite TV, digital (pay) channel, external propaganda channel, news interaction and return transmission, live sports events and feature films transmission, etc. It plays an important role in many important political, economic and sports activities, and its good transmission quality and the advantage of not being affected by the weather has been praised and recognized in the industry. It has won the honorary title of safe broadcasting advanced collective granted by the general administration for consecutive years, and consistent praise in and outside the industry. Subsequently, national radio and TV safe broadcasting signal will be cut over to the network, to realize the private network for broadcast and television programs; at the same time, it can release the time slot resources of important SDH loop system for business development.
The system is set up by the Nimbra series products produced by Swedish NetInsight Company, fully considering the users’ requirement of safe broadcasting, we adopt double 2.5 G link for the whole line, and primary and standby equipment configuration for important nodes. And it is equipped with a dedicated Nimbra Vision network management system, for the real-time monitoring of the system.
